Why firms choose JV Intelli Advisors
You stay in control
Your CPAs review, sign and e-file every return. We never sign returns or contact taxpayers directly.
Compliance-minded process
Your firm obtains each client's Section 7216 consent before their information is shared with a preparer outside the US, and we work only inside your systems.
Overnight turnaround
Work you assign at the end of your day is typically ready for review the next morning.
Common questions
Do your preparers need to be CPAs?
No. In the US, paid preparers who prepare all or substantially all of a return need an IRS PTIN; the CPA who reviews and signs remains responsible for the return.
What consent is needed to share client information?
Under IRC Section 7216, your firm must obtain the taxpayer's written consent before disclosing return information to a preparer located outside the United States.
Which tax software do you work in?
We work inside the software your firm already uses, such as UltraTax CS, Lacerte, ProConnect Tax, Drake Tax or CCH Axcess Tax, through your remote access, so data stays in your environment.
